Brittany Force, the daughter of 14-time NHRA Funny Car companion John Force, was under observation at Las Vegas Hospital on Saturday after a car accident when she hit the wall during preseason testing at the Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Making her second test run in a Super comp dragster, Force, shook the tires after leaving the starting line and brushing the left-lane retaining wall. She was able to shut the car off as she stopped down the quarter mile strip.

Force was responsive and alert and taken to University Medical Center for further medical observation. She is the second of Force's three daughters that are competing in the NHRA.
