The Clark County coroner has postponed an inquest of the October death of robbery suspect James Lewis that struggled with the Las Vegas Police. A lawyer representing Lewis' family says they intend to file a federal wrongful death suit against police.

Coroner Michael Murphy says the proceeding was delayed a day due to a scheduling conflict. Murphy ruled the death of James Lewis was due to cocaine intoxication - with contributing factors that include heart disease and "police restraining procedures."

Police said Lewis struggled with officers who chased him and used tasers to restrain him after a robbery of a neighborhood lounge.
